Log Data

For each visitor to Hagerman Art, and in common with other websites, our web server automatically collects statistical data, none of which personally identifies you. It does not collect your name or email address. This data is occasionally reviewed and analyzed to check the performance of this website and is used to improve this website for all visitors. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

To fulfill your order, or respond to an inquiry via an email directly or via an email form, you must provide me with certain information to do so and may include some or all of the following such as:

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
* Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Additionally PayPal as my payment processor for purchases falls under the category of "Processor" which means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller. Please refer to the security section for a link to the PayPal privacy policy which explains their security measures in handling your data. If you do not agree to those terms, please do not use my services to make a purchase.

Currently, I do not sell or ship artwork outside the United States. However, some products such as digital goods (eBooks) are available, but are bound by what is set forth in this privacy policy.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Pleae see my additional and supplemental Privacy Policy regarding my Blog since it is powered by WordPress and has some additional information. Both Policies should be considered as one. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
