Now that the painting has had time to dry I now proceed to work further details into the sky. To weld the two sections between dry paint and wet paint and to aid in softening edges I coat the sky area that I'm going to work in with a thin layer of painting medium, sometimes partly wiping off with a paper towel to avoid having it too wet. I also begin finishing out the edges of the trees and adding the ones to the left along with other details.
